Personal Data and General Confidentiality Agreement

This Personal Data and General Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been made between Levzi Yazılım (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the person or organization that will use these services (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

1.1. Levzi Yazılım will only collect and use personal data from the User for the following purposes:

Providing services,
Providing customer service and support,
Development of products and services,
Compliance with legal requirements.
1.2. The user consents to the use of personal data for these purposes.

2. PROTECTION AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The Company protects the User's personal data with appropriate security measures and tries to prevent unauthorized access.

2.2. Personal data may be shared with authorized institutions in line with legal requirements.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE

3.1. Personal data is stored and processed appropriately. Personal data of the User may be retained even when this Agreement is terminated.

4. ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The user can submit their personal data access and correction requests via Communication.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

5.1. The company may use cookies and similar technologies. The user accepts the use of these technologies.

6. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

6.1. The company may update its privacy policy from time to time. Updates are notified to the User and are valid from the date of their entry into force.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY

7.1. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of any dispute.

8. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES

This Agreement reflects the entire written agreement between the parties and only this agreement is valid. The parties accept the terms of this Agreement.
