[Levzi Yazılım] Service and Usage Agreement

1. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

1.1. This Service and Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been concluded between [Levzi Yazılım] (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the person or organization that will use these services (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.2. The User accepts this Agreement when he starts using the services of the Company to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. SERVICES

2.1. Levzi Yazılım provides software and related services. These services may be subject to conditions and fees determined by the Company.

2.2. The user must use the services provided by Levzi Yazılım for legal and appropriate purposes.

3. USE RESTRICTIONS

3.1. The user agrees that Levzi Yazılım will not use its services for the following purposes:

Engaging in illegal activities,
Using or distributing malicious software,
To hinder or harm the services of other Users,
Attacking the Company's intellectual property rights.
4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

4.1. The user accepts the data usage and privacy policies of Levzi Yazılım. The Company processes the data collected from the User in accordance with these policies.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1. All intellectual property rights on Levzi Yazılım's software and services belong to the Company. The user must respect these rights.

6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

6.1. This Agreement may be terminated by the Company or the User without notice.

7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

7.1. Levzi Yazılım does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free. The user assumes the risk arising from the use of the services.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY

8.1. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of any dispute.

This Agreement reflects the entire written agreement between the parties and only this agreement is valid. The parties accept the terms of this Agreement.
